The Old Palace Lodge Dunstable

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room I was given upon arrival. The decor was modern and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt well taken care of during my stay. I was impressed with the quality of my experience at Old Palace Lodge.

The room was nice and spacious, perfect for young families. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. We were able to arrange an early check-in at no extra charge. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served with a wide variety of options.

The bed and bedding were extremely cozy, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that the bed was a true King-size and not just two singles pushed together. The room had A/C with in-room thermostat controls, ensuring the perfect temperature throughout my stay. The fixtures and fittings in the room were of high quality, adding a touch of elegance. The customer service at this hotel was top-notch, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The recently renovated rooms were in excellent condition, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel provided USB ports on the plugs for easy charging of my devices, and the large TV with phone connectivity was a nice bonus. Cleanliness was of the highest standard, and I appreciated the CCTV monitored car park for added security. The warm and inviting ambience in the reception/bar area was delightful, and the well-maintained outdoor gardens offered a picturesque view.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of options, satisfying my morning cravings. the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed. the free bottles of water in the room were a nice touch, ensuring I stayed hydrated.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel for a night and had a great experience. This place is conveniently located near the town centre and close to the airport. The room was very spacious with great amenities like ironing facilities and an electric kettle. The staff were very kind and helpful in assisting me with room service as well as laundry. They also provided toiletries and a flat-screen TV which was a nice touch. There was a sitting area in the room and the bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

I had a really good stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is ideally located in the front area, providing a spectacular view. the lovely garden area is perfect for relaxation, and it is very near Dunstable downs, offering stunning natural surroundings. The serving area is well-organized and provides efficient service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathrooms feature modern amenities, such as Italian showers and luxury toiletries. The friendly staff is always helpful and provides genuine British hospitality. Guests can also enjoy the old rural England pub atmosphere at the bar.

The hotel lacks sufficient parking spaces, especially during busy events, causing inconvenience for guests with vehicles.

All staff extremely friendly and welcoming, excellent food and reasonable prices, comfy rooms with all necessary amenities, great central location with access to local amenities, friendly and helpful staff including bar staff.

Centrally located with charming decor. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Good value for money. Lovely bedding and ample hot water in the bath. Great toiletries and a heater in the room. Nice garden area.
